A new look for a new year!

Hello all! With 2011 just around the corner, I figured that this would be a good time to freshen up my branding. I've been thinking about doing this for a while and now it seems the perfect time with my show coming up in March and all. So, I am switching my brand name over to Rachel Rader Inc. as my main name for my company. Don't worry! I'm not dropping Mermaid Empire! I'm keeping that alias for my jewelry line. Mermaid Empire will be the design house name for my jewels, under the Rachel Rader Incorporated title. It just seems more appropriate with the direction I'm taking my larger works.

Also, notice the new and improved blog format... Oh yeah! 2011 here I come!

I learned a lot doing this one! I got some great feedback from people... Feedback that's led me to start thinking about creating a whole wedding line. Mermaid Bride! And possibly a whole line of phosphorescent Jewels!
